Peter Paquette enjoyed a 5 year CFL career as a defensive back for the Montreal Alouettes and the Toronto Argonauts in 1968-1969, and 1971-1973. A graduate of the University of Iowa, Peter is still known by his old team mates as "The Mad Canadian". A career highlight was in 1972 when he tied Dave Raimey with 7 interceptions.
